Why become a CARTS member?
Because Colorado faces significant mobility, environmental and economic
challenges in the 21st Century. The Colorado transportation
system must be reshaped to fit the needs of our expanding population
and greater number of visitors.
High Speed Monorail technology is the most cost effective means to
improve accessibility and safety, decrease congestion and environmental
impacts and still improve the business and residential climate of
the state. Highway widening, the only serious alternative, will be
overrun before completion and negatively impact the beauty of Colorful
Colorado.
